More Daddy time

Yum. The popsicle, her tongue and around her mouth matched the beautiful shirt Auntie Dana gave her for her birthday.

It was pretty hot on Sunday so we decided to take Lauren out to play in the water in a park out in Dublin. Here are some pics of her and Daddy in the water. She liked jumping in the puddles, putting her foot on the shooting water.

Yes, I know that she is the only child wearing a hat.

Grandpa got some more cute pics of Lauren in the back yard.

Watering with her new watering can. This one doesn't spill as much water since the hole to get water in is so tiny. I know she doesn't exactly match but she has her own sense of style.

Since Grandpa wears the blue visor Lauren thought she should just wear the yellow visor. The one day her blue hat might have matched :P.

Daddy's red shirt

Daddy often wears a red shirt so when Lauren sees one she always says "Daddy's" She really likes putting on Daddy's shirt when she finds one lying around. Sometimes she tries to get Mommy to wear the shirt too. I always hope she picks a clean one when she does that though.


Getting the shirt on is not as easy as it seems. In reality she just likes to play with Daddy.

Heat Wave

We had some hot weather last week so after Laurens 2 yr dr. appt we decided to head out to half moon bay and hang out for a couple of hours. I caught some video for my folks at home.

Here she is just helping me build the walls to the castle she wanted to sit in.







I am attempting to sing to the song Jump Joey Jump from the Little Einsteins episode. She was saying "Jump like Joey?" before I took the video.

Another birthday present

Another present she got from Mom and Dad was a sand and water table. It is cold in the mornings sometimes but she wanted to go out and play.
