Here she is drinking some water out of my glass. We had gone on a little walk and we were both thirsty since it was warm outside.
A lot of the water still dribbles out of her mouth. But practice makes perfect so we try to drink out of a cup every once in a while. She will sometimes blow bubbles in the water or milk I am attempting to have her drink. It of course makes me laugh.Here she is playing in Sophie and Hannah's exersaucer. Lauren likes to go over and play with their toys. She will sit in their exersaucer and play for a while even though she doesn't play in her exersaucer anymore.
What's on TV??
She doesn't sit on the couch by herself as this picture depicts. I am outside of the shot as she can roll off the couch pretty easily. But this was a funny picture so we had to get it. No chips and soda in this one :)Grandma made some turkey last week and ground it up for Lauren to try. She doesn't really like turkey on its own but she will eat it when it is mixed with a fruit. Here she is eating some turkey and applesauce.

She is starting to want to feed herself so I put these veggie puffs in front of her so she can stick them in her mouth between bites of food. Sometimes they get stuck on her lips and face. Since they are so light she just goes on like nothing is wrong.
She does go around the room and play with the various toys. Here she is playing with a book that she has chewed up.
Eric is going to teach her how to play volleyball eventually. So might as well introduce her to the ball right?
On a final note, she is motoring around both crawling on the floor and cruising on furniture. The smile on her face always makes me happy.
