Lauren got to do some painting at Uncle Greg's house as Mommy held the sleeping Cubbie Ko. Lauren loves to paint!

Busy days at Grandma and Grandpa's

Lauren is very fortunate to be able to spend some quality time with Grandma and Grandpa. She does many things with them from weeding and mowing the lawn to making pumpkin bread. Her day activities vary but here are some videos of her that Grandpa took.

Here she is helping Amma make some pumpkin bread.





When we bought this for her she was never able to push it fast enough to get the bubbles out. Now she is able to help Grandpa mow his lawn :).




She loves to be outside in the garden. Normally she just digs and digs and digs. Grandpa and Grandma set aside a little area she can dig and use her dump truck. On this day she is helping with the weeding.

Washing hands song

Lauren learned this song when she saw a video about washing your hands after using the potty. It was hard to capture her singing this song in the bathroom so Grandpa caught it on video while she was sitting in her hook on chair.

Disneyland in December Part Three

We went down with some of the Fong family. Thanks for spending time with us when we went down there, it was a lot of fun even though it was raining cats and dogs!

Lauren's favorite ride is "It's a Small World" she loves the song too! If you are lucky she might sing you the song. She can point to it on the map of Disneyland and lets me and Daddy know that is where she wants to go first :).

Posing with the characters didn't seem to be a problem for Lauren. She knew most of the characters and though she looks hesitant in some it is mainly because she hated having to pose for so many pictures and Mommy still didn't capture any good ones hahah!

Disneyland in December

We spent some time in Disneyland in December. It rained while we were down there but it did not stop Lauren from having fun while we were there.

Waiting to ride the carousel. Lauren wanted to ride it more than Peter Pan. Thank goodness this ride always has a short line. She got to ride on a horse all by herself on this trip. She was very proud.

Christmas eve with some cousins

Lauren got to spend a little time with the cousins on Christmas Eve. She loves playing with her cousins!

Tea Party with Soph and Hann

The girls came over and had a tea party with Lauren. We used propel but the girls had a blast drinking it up and saying "cheers". I couldn't get them all to look at the same time. Lauren picked out her own clothes that morning and she wanted to wear all those stripes! The Sakais have been sick lately so we haven't had any recent tea parties but we look forward to many more.

Dim Sum with the Chans

Auntie Dana is one of Lauren's favorite aunties to hang out with since she makes play doh cookies for her! We had dim sum with their family in Decmeber. It was nice to see Auntie Kari sice she lives in New York!
