My 3rd Birthday Party

Since I was out of town on my real birthday, we had a few friends and cousins over to help me celebrate my 3rd birthday again.

I have pictures from my birthday in San Diego that I still have to post as well.

Of course Mommy is one of my best friends of all!

Baby Zachary had a great time hanging out and playing with my toys :)

Hannah didn't like wearing the hat at first buy she was a good sport about it.

Sophie sat patiently as I opened my presents. Bubba Chase... you will soon inherit more toys.

Of course my beautiful cousin Aubrie came and had some smiles and love for me.
I can't forget one of my best friends Auntie Dana!!! She is always willing to play with me even though she doesn't like play-doh.

Measuring Up at 3 years.

Lauren had her "unofficial" height measurement today

on Papa and Amma's "official" wall.....

......she is 36 1/2 inches tall.

(Almost 4 inches taller than one year ago at age 2.)

This was the Splash Mountain ride....I was not tall enough to ride it....but Daddy and Auntie Harr rode it. (I think Daddy was trying to catch some bugs.)

I was putting together a bookcase for Lauren's play area and Lauren wanted to help. Below is a pic of the finished shelf with some drawers and cubbie doors added.

Lauren likes to be helpful from building and gardening to cooking and baking she does it all.

Lauren made sure to get all her tools (hammer, wrench, drill) from her play set to help.

Of course Lauren had to test out the bookcase before we load it up with things.
