What happened to London Day 7?

I guess I never posted the last day of our trip to London so here it is. We decided to hit up a park for Lauren since she had been so good about sitting in her stroller all week. So we walked over to the Princess Diana Memorial Children's Park in Kensington Park. This park was a nice surprise. There were probably a lot more children at the park than normal because of their holiday.

Lauren going down one of the slides at the park with Daddy spotting her.

There were these little wooden houses in the park that Lauren liked to explore. You can see her little pink head in the lower left hand side of the picture.

Here she is trying out the seats that were just her size! Believe me she tried out every one of the seats she could (the two benches inside, the one opposite, the other ones in the other little house we went into.)

Saying hi to Mommy through the window.

Having a great time on the swing. I love the look of joy on her face.

Relaxing as Mommy looks at he map to see where we are going next.

Ok Lauren's turn to check out the map to see where we are going next.

The pirate ship that looked pretty cool but was made for kids a little bigger than Lauren. Maybe next time Lauren, maybe next time.

Even though we did a few more things that day the park was the highlight. We had a wonderful trip to London and we cannot thank Grandma and Grandpa enough for the time they spent with us there!

The flight home was pretty uneventful as Lauren slept most of it. But she did get to go sit with Grandma and Grandpa a couple of times. Grandma decide to teach Lauren how to play cards.
